Common questions
How do I know which mortgage service I need?
It depends on your situation — first-time buyers usually start with a home loan and pre-approval, while existing owners come to us for refinancing or buy-to-let financing. Tell us your situation and we’ll point you to the right service.
Can I use more than one service, like pre-approval now and refinancing later?
Yes — many clients start with pre-approval for a purchase and come back to us for refinancing or a second property years later.
Do all services work for non-residents?
Most do, though LTV limits and required documents differ. Non-resident-specific guidance is covered in more detail on the Non-Resident Mortgage page.
Is there a cost to explore my options?
No — there’s no cost or obligation to speak with us about any service. Like most UAE mortgage brokers, we’re compensated by the bank once your mortgage completes, the same way a bank’s own in-house advisor would be, so comparing offers across our lender partners costs you nothing.
How do I start?
Use the Instant Eligibility Estimator on our homepage or request a callback below — a broker will walk you through the right option for your situation.
Should I use a mortgage broker or go directly to the bank?
Going direct works fine if you already know which bank you want and you’re comfortable comparing rates yourself. A broker’s advantage is comparing offers across many banks at once rather than approaching them one by one, and catching issues, a probation period, a DBR problem, a building not on a bank’s approved list, before they cost you a deal further down the line. Since most brokers, including us, are paid by the lender rather than the client, using one typically costs you nothing extra either way.
How do I find a trustworthy mortgage broker in Dubai?
Check that they’re transparent about how they’re paid, whether by the lender or by you, before you commit, and confirm they’re comparing multiple banks rather than pushing you toward whichever one pays them the most. A broker worth using should also handle the follow-up work, chasing documents, coordinating with the bank, without you needing to constantly check in yourself, since that’s where a lot of the real value of using one over going direct comes from.
